Neiman-Marcus Cookies:
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
Cream these together, then add:
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix well. Combine the next ingredients together:
2 cups flour
2 1\2 cups oats that have been blended to a fine powder (I didn't get mine that fine)
1\2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1\2 tsp. instant coffee granules
Add this dry mixture to the wet mixture. Then add:
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 oz. Hershey milk chocolate candy bar, grated.
1 1\2 cups chopped pecans
Refrigerate this for one hour. Scoop with your cookie scooper or roll into balls. Place 2" apart on sprayed cookie sheet. Bake 6-8 minutes in a pre heated 375 degree oven. DO NOT OVER BAKE. They will look kind of not done, but they are.
