I loved Psalms 120! It made me think of when Hagar cried out to God in Genesis 16:13 and she called God the God who sees me. El Roi means He who sees. I love this because she was not a jew, but God still heard her cry. We are not jews either, but adopted by Him through Christ, so we know he hears our cry too! Isn't that exciting!!!! Yesterday I had a Psalms 120 kind of day, felt like I was amongst a bunch of liars and people who just love war, I was even still down about it this morning till I read 120, then I was so excited that God gives us His Holy Word for encouragement in times like this. He is so amazing and we are so unbelievably blessed to get to even just speak His name.
